Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your family to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the safety-critical nature of these products (children's furniture, hygiene), please review this policy carefully.
Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, tags, and manuals intact. For mattresses, the plastic wrapping must be unopened (hygiene reasons).
Non‑Returnable Items & Conditions

Used items: Children's bunk beds that have been assembled or used; slides that have been installed or used; mattresses that have been removed from plastic wrap or used.

Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As‑Is," or "Final Sale."

Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.
Return Process

Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

Pack items securely in original packaging with all parts.

Customer pays return shipping. For bunk beds (large items), costs may be significant. We recommend trackable, insured freight service.

A 15-20% restocking fee may apply for bunk beds.

Refund issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non‑refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return and new purchase. Return the original item (following above process), then place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. For children's bunk beds and slides—do not attempt to use if damaged. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Missing Parts
If your bunk bed or mattress arrives missing hardware or parts, contact us within 7 days. We'll ship missing parts free of charge.
